J W Marriott at Sawai madhopur is designed over approx. 18 acres site area. The building blocks have been coming up organically over last few years, so the landscape becomes the main connector element with same character surrounding new and old buildings alike. The overall theme is to make it pretty organic and natural with little manicured areas. The central feature is a lake with All Day Dinning deck over hanging on it, while the specialty restaurant terrace over looks at the entire length of the lake.
