Hyderabad race club site is 10 acres in Malakpet area and faces Golkunda Fort on the east side. The site is heavily contoured and is full of boulders with grade variation of roughly 30m from north to south and eastwards. 
Site planning of the project resulted in north side entrance with lobby area of the club block 6 m higher from the entrance gate. Both sides of the ramp area are designed as hanging gardens. The club block and the residential block with west side entrance share master kitchen facilities.
East side is kept open with banquet lawns viewing Golkunda Fort and stepping down to a rain fed water pond at lowest level. The sports fields are towards south side with independent entrance porch above parking level.
