ATS Koocon is a mid-level housing project set on 9.26 acres alongside Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. The building blocks sit in a ring around the central green, which itself is divided into two concentric rings. The inner green is attached to the club house with a swimming pool and the banquet gardens, while the outer green has children’s play area and lawns for large gatherings. The peripheral driveway leads to each of the tower drop-offs. The pathway system is interconnected and overlaps with the fire tender route. One section of the greens is designed for active recreation with play areas while the other for passive recreation.
