Construction year – 2009-ongoing
EWDPL, as one of leading developers brings to market a residential development for today’s modern consumer. Treasure town is planned on an area of 120 acres, approx. 5 KM south of the city center.
The design offers unique residential estates with inter connected green open space. The landscape is zoned into key areas of four types, to create a tranquil environment. These zones are-
- Neighborhood parks
- District parks
- Boundary screen
Each of these landscape types is associated with planting, paving & lighting strategies.
The palate of plants, and the use of lighting & paving elements contribute to the creation of the desired landscape character for each of the four zones.
The open space structure of the project includes a variety of outdoor facilities to make the landscape a usable and attractive resource for the residents. The open spaces are connected together by a network of footpaths, helping to encourage pedestrian movement.
The primary landscape objective is the creation of a tranquil settling for this development- a relaxing contrast to the generally urban surrounding.
