A four star hotel at the bottom of Tirumala hill, is designed on the Hindu temple planning by SJK Architects. Which is orthogonal, concentric, introvert, circumbulatory & classical.

The high guest room block overlooks the reserved forest on the north side at an upper level, public area / entry block is on the south side while on the west side is the services block leaving the east side free of any building block.

In this courtyard planning, the centre has a large water pond with a lotus cafe in the middle. This space is powerful, peaceful, pure, symbolic & creates rejuvenating atmosphere.

The swimming pool area is on the east side getting mild morning sun. A covered corridor divides the pool & the central pond.

The planting is very hardy and, native of Tirumala hills with fragrant flowers.

An effort is made to use shrubs with yellow flowers being Vishnu’s favourite

besides a lot of Tulsi plants.
