Logix City Centre
Architect – C. P. Cukreja Associates
Area – 6.2 acres
Construction year –  start 2010

Logix city centre is a mixed commercial development with two hotels, one five Star grade & the other, a budget hotel. A separate block for Retail & commercial is attached to the budget hotel.

Retail block has a very porous boundary, inviting people to freely move in & out. A large foreground with enough hang around space with lot of seating and water jets is created for big events.

The block for Westin Hotel is in the south west, having separate drop off points for Main Hotel lobby & the Banquet lobby. The steeped water body with effect of flame creates an interest around the two drop off points. The pool is along with an open Jacuzzi, half covered by the solid roof for shade at  the 5th floor level. The terrace restaurant has a large garden extension on the 18th floor, to house banquets.

The two landscapes around the retail and the Westin Hotel are quite a contrast, one has enough activity space around while the other is more welcoming & semiprivate to usher you in. The peripheral plantation is the only binding element for the two.
