The Jay Pee Greens greater Noida is a golf centric real estate development with villa homes integrated with golf course and landscape gardens, emulating a resort living .

Three independent pockets designed are shown in the master plan. The central green with sprawling lawns go higher towards direction to hide the service block.

The greens have passive space as well as active play areas with the central section as a plaza. The linear back green forms a pedestrian space with sit-outs and tot-lots. The fire tender path is treated like a promenade.

The second space has internal golf area & gardens on the periphery. These gardens are designed with colour as a theme, using colorful planting palette and elements such as seats, tot lots & trickling water features.

A few nodes from the internal roads lead to the inside golf course.

A corner space with hostel block forms a triangular green space which is designed at different levels- an upper deck level as extension of indoors, steeping down to a central oval green with a central plaza, also acting as a stage with raised stepped seating in an amphitheater format.
