The hotel is located in Salt Lake area, on a six acre site. The sitting of the building block leaves a large frontage, from the road, almost 50m till the portico.

The building has a modern colonial appeal, so the landscape carries the same theme of symmetry and balance in the front area.

A central water line is a connecting element between the front and the back open space. In the front, it is a cascading water channel, dropping from 6m to the ground level, and at the back, it opens up in the form of a 10m wide water vault.

The back area has two sections. The first section is like an extension of the Coffee Shop with a lot of grass turf area which is accented with high Royal Palms. The second section is at a higher level containing swimming pool, surrounded by mixed tropical foliage.

Different interior spaces such as the Indian restaurant, the banqueting area, the fun pub and health club, were designed around their themed gardens.
