This 100 acres plus residential development is proposed around a golf course in Greater Noida.

It consists of different sizes of villas.The golf villas sit are at ground level, intercepting with the golf greens in finger like formations, while the smaller villas sit on the podium level on the NE and SW of the site.

The landscape concept is to provide a wide sensory palette of textures, colours, sounds and smell, whilst at the same time providing an uninterrupted view of golf greens from all major open spaces. The other objective is to interconnect all types of open spaces through pedestrian routes.

The podium level landscape is quite linear in the middle with 10 houses facing the green areas designated for user activities. Behind the smaller villas lie sky villas housed in eight story high towers. The skyvilla landscape is designed between thetowers and meets the Driveway on one side and fire tender path on the other.

The open spaces for sky villas are designed as semiprivate courtyards for the tower residents.
