ATS, One Hemlet is a residential group housing project over 20 acres in Noida sector 104, by ATS Infrastructure Ltd. The site layout is such that all towers face the greens. The green have a linear form varying from 25 m to 55m in width.

The concept of greens for this development is to create a flowing landscape, running throughout the length of the site. The punctuation in this flow, are the activity driven spaces with oval forms both in two & three dimensions for various age group of people.

The movement pattern gets formed with radial paths coming out from the centre of each building block as a link joining the fire tender path to the Jogging path which runs close to the boundary edge. Small oval forms with flowering seasonal are sprinkled all over to add color.

The active play zones are at two locations, on two extremes of the linear greens, as the central space is taken up by the club & the commercial complex.

The central club house has a pool & pool deck which are sunken from the main greens by a floor and are viewed from the jogging path above.

Feature like reflexology path, outdoor gym equipment along the jogging track make the landscape user friendly
