ATS Advantage, is a residential group housing project on 28 acres of site by ATS Infra structure close to the Akshardham Temple.
The primary Landscape objective is the creation of a tranquil setting for this development a relaxing contrast to the generally urban surroundings. The sense of tranquility is promoted through the following means –
- Creation of landscape framework to enclose and buffer the development from its surroundings, through densely layered vegetation around boundaries.
- To create spatial divisions and a visual green backdrop when viewed from within the site.
- An increased sense of intimacy and garden scale, with in the spatial divisions, through planting.
The site is divided into 3 zones, each zone has its own set of amenities like club house, swimming pool, play courts etc.
The fire tender path on the inside is treated like a soft & hard jogging path, making it an extension of inner greens. The emphasis is given on the outdoor activity zone for various age groups rather than just gardens. The large mounds take care of tree planting on the podium slab. And a large swimming pool, forms a nice / soothing ariel view for the houses, besides being the most active area.
The parking is limited to the peripheral area, leaving the central courts free of parking.
The effort is done to make the three courts rich in greens, textures & colors.
